Maximizing Productivity
One of the key points to improve efficiency and productivity at Lightology was to streamline their internal processes, workflows and communication between teams. In collaboration with the Marketing and Dev team, I designed and implemented custom web templates and CMS to maximize the Marketing team efforts. The results were effective and led to a flawless process within the teams, higher delivery of web content and increased web traffic and revenue 20%+ YOY.

We developed numerous solutions including a custom web tool to facilitate large-scale lighting design project management with architects, lighting designers and builders. From mockups to design iteration, code experimentation to brainstorm sessions, we collaborated with lighting designers to answer their needs and provide a robust and clever tool that helped professionals complete projects more efficiently and as a result growing sales revenue.

Another area I helped with at Lightology was bringing the site up to speed to keep up with Google performance score. Focusing our efforts on speed optimization, accessibility, best practices and SEO, we were able to improve Lightology's ranking and soon showed in top tier of search engines placing them as leader in the lighting industry. Lightology is now one of the fastest sites in the industry, surpassing every competitors showing a performance score of 87% in Lighthouse.
